Auction Sellers Commission
- The rate of commission is 20% for an Antique and General Sale. VAT applies to the commission charges.
- The rate of commission is 18% for a Fine Art and Antique sale. VAT applies to the commission charges.
- 1.5 % Liability and Indemnity, plus VAT of the hammer price
- There is a £1.00 lotting fee.
- We accept electrical items however there is a £2.00 PAT test fee (Portable Appliance Test) plus VAT carried out by a fully qualified electrical engineer.
- Minimum entry fee of £5.00
- Charges will be made for the disposal of unsalable goods.
